2026 Adjusted ITP Class and Lunch Schedule/Attendance Policy
2026 ITP Class/Lunch Schedule – We have adjusted the lunch times to allow an early dismissal for Graduation on Sunday, August 9th.
Graduation starts at 5:30; all Graduates must report to the convocation center at 4:15 (details forthcoming).
Thursday – Saturday (August 6-8)
8:00 AM – 12:10 PM
12:10 PM – 12:55 PM (LUNCH)
12:55 PM – 5:05 PM
Sunday, August 9th
6:30 AM – 10:40 AM
10:40 – 11:25 AM (LUNCH)
11:25 AM – 2:45 PM
Monday, August 10th
6:30 AM – 10:40 AM
10:40 AM – 11:25 AM (LUNCH)
11:25 AM – 3:35 PM
Updated Attendance & Tardiness Policy
It is imperative that faculty instructors take daily attendance through the ITF Instructor website.
Students are required to attend every scheduled class session to successfully complete their course and receive credit. Students will not receive credit if they miss a class. Students are also expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate. Arriving late, or leaving early, may be considered a partial absence and may also result in loss of credit for the course. Exceptions to this policy will be evaluated by the Director to determine if the student is excused. Exceptions do not include having to leave early due to flights.
By remaining enrolled in their course(s), students acknowledge and agree to abide by this attendance policy. Please contact the Registrar’s Office with any questions or concerns.
